Hello, I'm currently conducting research on consumer perception of automotive recalls. It would be very interesting to see how car owners feel when their vehicle gets recalled and what their experience is like. I'm looking for individuals that have had a car recalled in Pakistan in the past 5 years to be part of an in depth interview. I would need a total of 10-15 respondents to form a reliable qualitative study.
