Havoline vs honda genuine coolant

I am planning to change coolant of my honda city 2013 as its 10 years old now. And as per manual its time to change

Can anyone recommend according to their experience which coolant should be used in honda cars havoline or honda type 2.

If i go towards havoline would mixing with little bit honda coolant stuck in system cause gel formation or anything. Would dexcool be safe for rubber parts in cooling system of honda?

Secondly i want to ask which coolant type 1 (green) or type 2 (blue) comes factory prefilled in honda city 2013
Its hard to judge while looking in radiator maybe because coolant is old now

And thirdly should i use radiator flush or just flushing with distilled water suffice

What does the car manual say? Just do a drain and refill if your cooling system is otherwise fine. Heard dexcool formulation changed after gelling issue

The dexcool formulation didnt change,

Gelling happens when hybrid or inorganic coolants are mixed with dexcool type coolants.

So should i stick with honda genuine coolant rather than havoline one?.

Blue one is cheaper. Green is one that is filled in your city. I have made the swap from green to blue. Had to flush the system twice with water before the switch.

Factory filled is blue coolant and has been for a very long time now. PKDM user manual for it also mentions use type 2, even the 4th gen city says to use type 2.

Couldn't really judge by looking into radiator

Ease vs cost. Sticking to honda coolant, simple drain and fill. Havoline you have to flush the system etc etc. Up to you really.
