you can buy cylinder head from any junk yard or khabaria in local language but i would recommend changing the whole engine with good efi one as good curb ones are very rare to find these days.

Head cylinder of cultus are very expensive, don't know about any other city whereas in Lahore it's hard to find and expensive so better swap the engine
