Head work or overhauling?

salamz....i have cultus EFI 2008 model from last 2 years and 94 thousands on odometer now engine giving white smoke and also consume oil much..suggest me I should go for overhaul or just ring and head works..my mechanic said on ac it give much low power which shows that's it need head valves too..suggestions required..and with expense possibly be incurred in both cases..thanks in Advance

Go through compression test to find out that only oil seal are bad or piston ring are bad too it quite odd for an engine to start smoking on 90k on odo is t.valve removed?
