Oh yes. I'm using H1 in the hi beam of my CL9. Visibly brighter than the stock bulbs which were great to begin with.
These are the ones I got:
so output is great but the thing stopping me from buying these is the short life span. any other options or I should go with these. getting 2 bulbs in 4800 osram night breaker laser h4. is it a good deal?

in my opinion you should go for it.
I think the price is fine. But personally I'm OCD about bulbs going bad, hence I got myself a spare set, though that makes it expensive.
