Headlight Bulb Upgrade - Opinion Needed

I have been thinking of upgrading the headlight bulbs on my Honda City i-DSI 2008. It has got the stock bulbs as of now and the visibility is poor.
I did a little research and came up with two of the most favourite lightbulbs online i.e.
OSRAM Night Breaker Unlimited H4
Philips X-treme Vision +130% H4
General Electric(GE) Mega Light Ultra Headlights 120% H4 (Also one of the option)

All 3 are available in Pakistan but the prices are relatively higher compared to powerbulbs.com since they have already reduced their prices and are offering a 20% flat discount on all purchases.

The only thing that sems to put me off buying these high quality and maximum performance bulbs is their lifespan which on most websites is 300-400 hours.
Also I want to keep the wiring stock and I recently changed the dipper switch on my car. Will I be needing any relays with these bulbs?
Please advice which one will be better and also post your own experiences regarding these bulbs.
If anyone has any prior dealing experience with powerbulbs please do share.

Go for Osram. No need for any relays or mods. Make sure get the similar type like H4 in city.

I am using Osram H 11 in low beam of my Grande and its light is much better than stock Philips bulbs.

I am more inclined towards Osram because I think since their output is slightly less than Philips X-treme Vision +130% they will last longer.

I checked powerbulbs.com but they are not delivering to Pakistan. Other options from abroad can be ebay or amazon etc.
In Pakistan you can find them on daraz.pk and some Pakwheelers have them with them in stock. I don't think you can find them locally. I checked Gawalmandi Rawalpindi yesterday and no luck. Haven't checked Saddar yet. Dubai Auto's Rawalpindi might have them.

Philips Extreme vision are available everywhere, but Osram you have to buy from Ali Express or from Pakwheelers (search forums).

I checked Aliexpress and the price was also reasonable but the Chinese seller I found, his delivery time may take up to a month.
I did check out Autoxpert but their prices are on the higher side.
Instead, I found a seller on Pakwheels, I am not sure if he is a Pakwheeler but he is Rawalpindi-based and is giving out at a much lower price compared to the rest. Please let me know if you know Saad.

Only good option is aliexpress. Sometimes order comes in 10days., I got so many things from there and all are great. Most of the sellers are buying stuff from aliexpress in Pakistan

I have recently replaced my bulbs in civic 98. previously i was using hid but im not a big fan of that so i purchased pair of bulb from Plaza master bulb. I told him i need a bulb which is road legal and visibility must be good so he gave me some osram bulb costing a pair Rs. 700/- I installed them with relay and those are very good.

i cant do this as i have h4. so one bulb means less life
i checked with bi led and they are no more selling H4 photum a3 leds and instead offered another cheap led named falcon something which i dont want to buy

Ok, with H4 I'm guessing you have halogen housing. Personally, I don't have good experiences of using LED bulbs in halogen housing. They concentrate most of the light towards a specific area, and the spread is poor in other areas. In fact with these Osrams I replaced LEDs that I had bought from AliExpress - but removed those LEDs.

I wanted a cooler shade so got 6500k LEDs from AliExpress. But Osram Nightbreaker does not have a cooler shade, so I gave up the cool shade from LEDs in order to get better visibility from Nightbreaker. I've also used Philip's Xtreme Vision but those will give a cooler shade albeit with less brightness.
