I have Khyber with Vitz 1szfe Engine (Auto transmission).
1 Car meter is of khyber but modified for auto transmission vitz engine. (Picture Attached.)
Engine Heat sensor is working fine, as Radiator Fan runs/stop automatically.
Problem...................
01. Heat Guage....
a. For Some times heat reading / needle work normal and radiator fan turns On when heat needle is on Half way as shown in pictures.
and during this times car engine temperature seems normal hot, not overheat.

b. But Most of the times (95%), radiator fan turns on
when needle is very low position like 10%,
(picture attached) and engine temperature
seems normal hot. Not overheat.

Problem arise when during peek summer at noon during jam pack rush, i can not guess when car is started overheating as needle is at low position......
- Fuel Gauge....
When i run and throttle / race the fuel needle dropped down even close to zero, and then went to normal position, most of the time during driving it show wrong reading...
What is the possible solution and reasons, as in Multan no Electrician could spot and resolve this issue, and i have spend to much...
Is Changing meter will resolve the issue?? if i go for change than what type of meter i should replace......
