Dear PW,please advice, third time my car heated up and i replaced gasket. Cleaned the radiator fan is direct also

No use of coolant, bad Thermostat valve, clogged radiator, clogged water channels inside engine, slow fan, bad water pump, bad radiator cap etc. etc.
Use coolant, thermostat valve removed also...radiator also cleaned.replaced radiator cap with original.suzuki. what should.I.do?

Oh sorry mate... Don't know about any in ISB/RWP. Some members from ISB/RWP can help you in this regard.
BTW Your car's radiator might be clogged or T.valve is not working right... Does your car have T.valve if yes then check its operation.? If that is working right.

A big No to Japanese Aluminum Radiators. Use Alwin or Loads Radiator Copper one's only.
