Heat up and water reduction on A/C

Cultus 2006, no thermostat valve installed and direct fan. Was recently done with gasket job, head facing and radiator service. However, the car reduces water in small quantities when using without A/C and also doesn't heat up (the needle wont move up) but whenever I use A/C it starts heating up and reducing water as well. After around 40km run the water is almost empty in the radiator. What could be the reason for this issue.

Chhange your radiator, buy a new one not kabali...your problem will be solved in sha Allah

Flush radiator,
use coolant,
install thermostat
fan auto check speed also.
change radiator cap
remove even minor leak in cooling system
You will feel change

check your waterbody aswell i had been through this problem well i didnot checked it without AC but after 40km car used to start heat up as u mentioned so i'll suggests u to check your waterbody aswell there can be a minor leakage

Radiator was flused and there was coolant/water mixture in it. I changed radiator cap already but no difference. Since car already start raising needle on A/C when even the fan is auto and on good speed then wouldn't it be a destruction if t-valve is installed and fan is put on auto? When the fan will turn on engine's heat woulkd already be excessive.

cooling system is clogged, add liqui moly radiator flush to your cooling system and use the car for 2-3 days with the chemical running inside cooling system, it will clear up rust and calcium/salt build up from the cylinder channels and don't forget to turn on heater at full speed to clear up the heater core. DONOT do this if your car is old or have a minor head gasket leak.
