Heat up issue

Dear All
I am using Cultus efi 2008 model. The problem which i have been facing from 6 to 7 month is that the water in the radiator travel to the bottle. Water does not remain stable in radiator. I have changed two new radiators, sliver and copper both, changed multiple caps but these things doesn't work. Finally the crank shaft start noising and mechanic suggested me to overhaul the engine then your problem will be solved but now after overhauling the engine problem remains the same. i have driven the car now 550KMs after overhauling. One thing is car heat guage remain in the middle. Use all techniques with valve auto fan without valve direct fan but all in vain
Kindly please guide me because now i am tired alot of money i have spent on this issue.

In my case the situation is opposite... on city driving coolant level remain fine almost how ever when coming back from pindi to lahore via motorway, once I opened radiator cap the next day, I saw coolant level was lower to almost near the "naali" while exp bottle was full...
So probably a pin hole leak anywhere and it is the most difficult task to test for it

your engine cooling system have puncture a pin hole leak most likely at the metal tube connecting water pump ( aka water body ) from radiator

did your mechanic changed the welch plugs ( engine ki tikli ) of engine block?
does the engine have thermostat valve in system and fans are working automatic?
the radiator cap rating is 1.1 bar is the correct one in use or current one is of 0.9 bar rating ?

I am facing same problem in Cultus 2006, Heat temperature remains at half even after 10mins of starting my car in the morning but it remains at half all day, whenever i switched on ac heat temperature rises from half to H section switching off ac temperature comes at half again i am facing this problem only on cng whereas switching on ac at petrol heat temperature remains at half.
I also did everything like rad service, changing caps, I changed fan replace it with powerful motor fan, replaced etc. but problem was still there.
i am still unable to find the solution.

I had this issue in 2008 cultus.
On thorough diagnosis metal tube from radiator to water pump was rusty and leak.
Replaced it.
Never had this again....

Most certainly a tiny leak in joint where radiator hose meets engine

Sorry for late reply brother, After your comment I now also feel like it could be the metal pipe as previously when inspected it was very rusty at the joint which receives coolant from heater core. I have bought a kabli metal pipe from bilal gunj and have it in my car so will soon replace it.
I dont think mechanic touched welch plugs and there is no T.valve but fan is auto in winter and direct now a days.
for the radiator cap, I will have to take a look again to make sure it is 1.1 bar or 0.9 as mostly I hv seen 0.9 bar caps.
Tried many times to get time from Syncvew bhai but he was very busy with some LC those days so couldn't visit him. Will definitely try again. If he approves the pipe then will get it replaced.
