Thanks Mr Sleeper for your advised, yes yaah USTAD type mechanics naay waqaey bara masla create keyah howa haai in market.

Yes i will follow the steps now and will post the updates ASAP

Steps
1 - Check the Leakage \Blockages in the hoses of radiator check the radiator cap check the radiator fan.
2 - Check the water body pump.
3 - Check the thermostats.
4 - Drained the coolant.
5 - Flush the radiator with Flush liquid.
6 - Check the flow of water in radiator while car is on.
7 - In case if the above one didn't work then go for the radiator service and notice the behavior.
8 - Last option to change the radiator if water body pump and thermostat and hoses are good.

Yeah, we follow 9 steps to rectify the cooling of engine ....while they only put the fan on direct.

Not denying that there are not good mechanics.....i would request you to suggest the Original poster of this thread a genuine/good mechanic pls.

You cannot just come to a conclusion that since its driven 190k so its bound to be dead and engine change is only solution....pls help him learn and find out the issue, maybe its a minor one maybe its engine dead (unlikely).

Knowledge is power. jahan apne 9 steps ki khwari k bad pohnchna hai wahan ye apko aik hi step mein pohnchata hai. And about illetrate road side mechanics, I found some of them more kabil than graduates. Taleem is just to make someone able to communicate and understand while logic is something God gifted which is not necessarily dependent on the formal education. Yes i admit k unki soch luxurious nahi hoti k woh us background se nahi atey but its enough for basic problem solving and guzara aur luxury mein apko mechanic nahi user manual understanding chahiye.

Yes, thats why these morons dont believe in torque to yield bolts or similar metal bolts or believe a torque wrench exists or even know what cavitation is.

At first place your decision of purchasing more than 5 year/100000 km driven Honda Acty Van didn't make any sense. Itny odo reading k bad engine apni performance kho chuka hota hai aur aisi purchasing need/compromise ki base pr tu ki ja sakti hai khushi se nahi.

Honda is known for the longevity of their engines. Your point seems like you are stuck in 1930s where engines required overhaul every 20,000 kms.

Assalam O Alikumm,

Sorry for the late updates anyways look like issue is now related to the Thermostat, as i have done with the radiator service but heatup issue remains there then mechanic starts with the waterbody pump and its looks good to him as all the fins of the fans looks good.

Then he removes the air and test the car again samething happens then he removes the Thermostat and asked me to drive and see if the issue is comeup again.

Well after the removal i driven around 300kms but didn't faced any heatup issue.

Phir maah naay Thermostat dhondna shooro keyah jahan jao sabh aikh he badh "aray yah tho bayqar cheez hai hum tho nikal daytay haain yaah..anyways keep searching for it karachi sadar plaza say i found one ajj gayah fix karanay tho fitting k badh same heatup issue tho mechanic said yah sai nhn haai abh app issay zada naa dhonday aeysay he chalaey...

Anyone knows k kahan say mil saqta haai yaah part?

does your mechanic know how to remove air pocket from the system?

or is just filling it up and sending you off? btw - that thermostat is pretty standard issue. Dont use a junk one, Always buy a brand new thermostat.
