Your heater is choked or your thermostat is bad etc, do an acid flush rather than pressure flush,

If car was driven with Allah tawakkal null ka pani as coolant then this is expected behavior. Next time dont forget to kick yourself when you pour tap water as coolant.

can you explain how? I read on some forums that if heater core is blocked the coolant won't come out from the pipe which sends coolant back to waterpump I think, which will cause overheating

The heater core is on bypass loop of system, even if the bypass is capped coolant will still flow from engine to radiator and back.
