Heating Issues with Santro Plus

I need help/suggestion for my santro plus with following issues (and sorry for my bad English in advance)

1. when i start my car it takes some time to warm up the engine and needle movement of temperature gauge i know its all normal (temp gauge needle goes a little less than the middle middle point) at this stage i can drive the car normally no issues (the fan of radiator works automatically when it detects heating issues turns off when it feels normal temp)

2. when i turn on the ac the temp needle remains where it was without ac no problem with ac because the fan turns on and remains on till the use of ac.

3. when i turn off the ac (fan goes in automatic mode again) the temp needle moves right to the middle position of gauge and some times it moves a little more than the middle point...... from there it keeps moving toward the hot sign unless i turn off the car & give some rest to the engine to become temp norm again.

4. Please suggest me by keeping following things in mind:-

   a. Fan is working automatically perfectly

   b. No rusting signs or leakage in radiator

   c. i think fan belts can also be an issue if they are lose

   d. since its an efi model could it be an issue of temperature/thermostat valve sensor???

if the thermostat valve is present in system the Radiator cap shall be checked & replaced 1st. If the vehicle is running on WATER, the water pump aka water body has corroded. The cavitation in system cause such abrupt temp variation over the cluster gauge.

Start from radiator cap. always use coolant.

Is anything done to cooling system recently?
Looks like air bubbles inside the system.
Bench test the thermostat.
