Heating up after engine overhaul

Friends.
i have 1999 model mehran vx. recently i overhauled engine of my car. but after overhauling i have facing issue of heating up. heat gauge turns in middle of range. it was okay before overhauling.
i have cleaned rediator and disconnected the wires of thermostat. Fan is direct.

Kindly suggest, what i should do now.

complete overhaul krwaya hy.
Fan direct hy. pehly c pe rehti thi needle. lekin ab mid mai chli jati hy. Engine heat bhi marta hy.

Pehla kea pta gauge kharab ho. fan direct bhi ho to C pe nae rehti needle. Middle pe normal hoti hai. it should remain in middle, that's the optimum temperature for engine to operate.

Tempreature guage ko darmiyan me he hona chea its very normal ... use coolant and if u use ac fan ko direct kerowao if not than it should be auto
