Heavy sound coming from my Honda Vezel RS

Hi,

Heavy sound is coming from my Honda Vezel RS. I have shown it to a few mechanics and they stated that is the sound coming from the clutch and its bearing needs to be replaced. After running a few miles an error is showing "Transmission temperature high-Please park your car in a safe place"
One reputable mechanic in DHA Karachi quoted 450,000/- for the whole new clutch setup and old for Rs. 275,000/-
Another mechanic in Gulshan-e-Iqbal quoted Rs, 90,000/- for the clutch bearing.

Need an expert opinion about the problem and please advise a good Vezel mechanic, thanks!

You should record a video/audio and post it here, and share it with the following two people online;
1) Ustad G JDM
2) Fixmycar (islamabad)
They're pretty acquainted to this transmission and may be able to guide you better

That definitely indicates that clutch bearing is failing, have you checked the "clutch actuator fluid" ? maybe they have run out of fluid. Thats clear confirmation that bearing has failed and fluid is leaking from the bearing seals.

I would highly recommend please visit Vicky Mechanic in Karachi. His shop is near Serena Mobile Center coming toward Nagan chowrangi.

Very very educated mechanic and highly trust able. He does all the work him self. I have spent too much time finding good mechanic In karachi and lost too much amount. So i would not ask you to go anywhere like DHA or any place. Trust me I have been to most of them. So please do visit him and inshallah you will be satisfied. Also, Please call him before visit. He may give you a time frame after checking Inshallah or of you are unable to take your care there He will visit your home.

replace the whole assembly either new or used whatever your can afford.

the guy who quoted only for bearings will use scrap bearings as the bearings aren't available new separately AND no one will use bearings from a good used set because this will render the set useless
