should i remove my thermostat valve from 2800 inter cooler? i am always worried for heating issue and looking towards heat gauge.

Dont otherwise how will you know that the engine is heating up? and it does heat up when you are stuck in traffic jams in peak summers with ac on. At that moment if your ac is on then you need to switch ac off

Never remove it.
Get radiator serviced.
Make sure you have coolant (and not only water).
Make sure fan is working smoothly and freely (no belt tight/loose issue).

Removing it will make it burn more fuel as car will always be running in lower engine temperature than factory setting.

I personally experienced this when I bought Pajero Mini, after installing its thermostat valve, it got back to normal engine temperature, spark plugs now have rusty color. In traffic jams, temperature needle gets a bit high, but thats normal. Nothing to worry about.
