Help! 1KZ gear heat

Salam everyone . I just bought 96 prado and i am facing a issue with it. when i bought it i drove it to home which is 200+ kilometers with ac on and at 100 to 120 speed. no issue at all . but second day i drove it like 4 ,5 kilometers without ac and windows down gear comparment likke gear lever and sorrounding of it heating a lot.Then again i turn the ac on and the heat goes away. what could be the issue ?

second question is i want to change all the fluids . for 4X4 which oil grade and how much oil is needed ? which grade ?

sir @smigillani109 cabin heat due to transmission cavity boots missing, could be also due to floor insulation, vanishes with ac on nothing big deal can be fixed. insert the correct rubber boot over transmission levers.

The exhaust runs close to the gearbox. If there's insufficient heat insulation or the insulation has worn out over time, heat from the exhaust system can radiate into the cabin, especially near the gear lever and check the Transmission Fluid Ensure it is at the correct level and in good condition. Old or low transmission fluid can cause the transmission to overheat.

There are boots underneath or exhaust shield that must not be there. Plus for better heat solution we offer triple layer insulation one from underneath hard aluminium and one from top with a layer of glass wool. And it works like a charm.

Thanks for the suggestions brother. one more problem just occured. previous owner removed the front axle drive shaft saying that it improves fuel avergae. today i got it installed and when driving the vehicle strange noise was coming from front end. maxhenic saying it is due to bearings in front end. removed the front drifve shaft and the sound vanished
