HELP: Cultus AC Gas Leaks Again and Again

Hi guys.

I'm an amateur when it comes to the mechanical /repair stuff of cars. I have been experiencing this AC gas leakage issue since a year now. I have used 3 different AC repair shops; every time they find a leakage fix it and fill up new imported AC gas (total cost is usually Rs. 4,000/-). The AC works perfect but the gas leaks again within a week. '

Obviously there's some root issue which is causing this but none of them could identify. One of them said your cultus is too old and these issues are normal. My Cultus is 2012, and 80,000 on odometer which I don't think is that old.

Will appreciate if you guys could tell me what you think is the issue or tell me a good Cultus/AC mechanic who can figure this out. I have already spent Rs. 20,000/- on this very issue and would very much like a solution to this. Hopefully it's not related to engine.

NOT one single of your AC guys have actually fixed the leak

They fix the leak, but there's a new leakage within a week.

Check evaporator coil.....most probably the evaporator shows this kind of leak where one leak is fixed the next weak part leaks.....or the compressor seal is leaking

As already mentioned by a member, please get your evaporator checked. Suzuki cultus and WagonR have a leakage issue in Evaporator. If its warranty get it changed from 3S as genuine one is quite expensive.

They fix leak where? At what part?

Most probably the evaporator inside the dashboard is choked and rusted with leaks.... Happened with me too... Changed the evap to a new one.
