Help for dent and paint fix

My collegue in office got his car hit in traffic signal. We went to honda for dent and pent and they charged 10k for the estimation. And the estimation cost is 237,000. Yes. Its more than 2lakh for this small paint job. They are charging 96k for rare suspension tube bar. Because one hub is bent.
24k for paint 20k for denting. 36k for rare fendor. Then bumper. Light and misc is on top of that cost.

Moreover they are saying that they will replace whole fendor. From rare piller to bottom panel and shall paint whole piller and one rare door to match the paint. Although there is no scratch on door or piller.

Helpme guide some reasonable workshop in islamabad.

That damage is nothing if compared to the Jdms that come to pak and get repaired, it can be repaired for 1/3rd of the amount they have quoted,
Trunk and fender can easily be repaired, no need to change it, no spray required for door.
you would need a new bumper and light.
No idea of Suspension work.
but the total repairing cost would be under 60-70k.
Try to find a guy who repairs Jdm's this would be a piece of cake for him
