Assalam-o-Alaikum PW fellows,

I hope everyone would be fine and safe. I have a problem with my Samsung Corby GT-B3410. Whenever I convert videos like video songs etc into 3gp or mp4 & store it into my memory card, it does not play!! It says "not supported content". Please help me solve this problem, especially who are using this cell phone & please help me for finding samsung studio software for this cell phone.

try to convert the videos in lower screen resolution

convert videos in smaller resolution. u convert videos 3gp high format so thats why it doesnot play it. Try converting it to lower format accorfing to your screen size and it will play

It is not working, if I convert in 3gp format so the screen resolution becomes too low & the video becomes half of the screen..!
