Locksmith should be able to open the trunk. Or go home and get the spare key fob.
Yes i think the trunk open button is only available in yaris ATIV X. Anyways, I arranged my second key from home that solved my problem. Toyota shouldnt have cut the trunk button from lower variants as it can happen to anyone
Even if there was a trunk button in lower variants, it only works when the car is unlocked
I've seen in international car videos where if the key is left in trunk. the trunk will open the trunk in that case after sensing the key.
For that you need a smart key.
Yeah a smart entry key is necessary for that for example in Civic X when you close the trunk with the remote inside, it automatically opens 2 secs later.
