My cousin along with his family has traveled from Gilgit to Islamabad on 09 June 2017 in 12.30 hrs on his City 2015.
There are quiet a few bad patches on which you cant cross without peeling off your car's lower parts Hopefully those will be cleared in a few days

We are planning hunza tour via naran.Can you tell us how much minimum days we need.and what are ideal night stay stops.And distances between places in hours.my plan
day 1. departure from lahore at midnight breakfast at islamabad and then departure for naran stayed at shogran or naran.
Day 2.departure for hunza via babusar night stay at hunza
Day 3.baltit fort ,altit fort,karimabad bazar.
Day.4 gulmit , gulkin glasier, hussaini bridge or khunjerab pass,china border
Day 5.nalter valley night at gilgit
Day 6.Return to naran
Day 7. return to lahore
So kindly guide me if that's possible or any other suggetions.

the plan is alright!!!yes santro can go easily just be careful with the bad patches at Babusar and Chillas. Other wise the road is all good. However You cant go to naltar on santro you will have to hire a jeep

ISB to Naran will take 5-6 hours on a continuous drive and if staying at road scenery which u must stay and enjoy, then it will take almost 8-9 hours of drive and yes Day 1 is correctly calculated. Night stay should be in Naran because It's very romantic moment of the tour that you have to sleep with your blanket on you.
For Day 2, if you don't want to explore Naran, calculations are perfect. Start an early morning journey and on a continuous drive you will be in Hunza after a travel of about 8-9 hours, but with scenic values , add 2-3 more hours to it. Stay in Hunza.
Day 3 is your visiting day, spend as much time as you want.
Day 4 is also a busy driving day and you should go to Khunjrab Pass.
Day 5, yes for upper naltar valley, you have to hire a jeep.
Plan is good if you want to spend 5 days only on the Hunza Route.

Guys, No challan doesn't mean you start violations. If traffic is stuck, stay patient and don't try to be clever by making multiple lanes.
Believe me, if everyone waits and stay calm, the traffic jam would resolve quickly.
Trying to be in a haste just adds to the problem.

And can santro goes to shogran?
And did any one knows the road conditions off neelam valley these days.
because alternative plan is for neelam valley but not sure about road conditions.

Yes, it's very much suitable and worth of spending as per your plan and 7 Days are enough. Yes, santro will make it, can go to shogran.
