Help: Honday City 2015 jerks and missing when Accelerating

So i was travelling on motorway to islamabad and got fuel refilled in sial service area. After 15-20 minutes car started experiencing jerks (missing). Missing would increase too much when Accelerating or when aircon was on. The heat indicator wasn't on so it wasn't a heat issue. I got air filter cleaned from bhera service area though it was clean already. I didnt want to give it to mechanics at motorway. Filled in some high octane and drove all the way to islamabad at low speeds. It still jerks when going up on steep road or when Accelerating.
The car is honda city 2k15 and is 55k driven only and timely maintained. I will get it checked tomorrow but what do u guys think happened and what should i expect.

Looks like fuel from sial service area was way too bad tht engine could not ignite the fuel in combustion chamber.Never ever put fuel frm highway as they dont worry about quality

I too suspect it was bad fuel. However should i put more high octane and expect the problem to disappear after some time (days)?

If its possible to drain out fuel u should go fr it otherwise just try to consume this fuel and later on fill normal fuel

Seems like the fuel had worst quality as explained by another senior member.

Fuel of gas stations near service area is really very bad and they even damage the engines.
