Help in buying car

Dear all, i want to buy Toyota corolla. what will be better? buy new car or car driven upto 20000 km (as price will be a bit low). and if buying new car, any chance of change in shape of model this year. and approx how much will it cost buying new car. registration etc all. non filer. later on after buying car i will need suggestion what changes/up-gradation must be done. thanks all.

The used car will have a massive transfer fee, do 2+2 before deciding

I would suggest you new car. you have no history of how those 20k km are driven. People usually abuse their cars in engine run-in period because of excitement the purchase gives

Hesab kar laina. The full cost of the second-hand car with transfer fee and all as compared to the complete cost of the first-hand car
