Help! Is this car is Altis 1.8 CVT or Grande 1,8

I am buying this car attached pictures. The car on back says Toyota Corolla Altis CVT 1.8 Crustronic 2018 model. However it has triptronic gear manual auto. it has custom interior from toyota. It has grande lights which came as stock. this has no sunroof no climat control and push start. The owner told its Limited edition 1.8 CVT Altis 2018.

Is this car is a grande or Altis? Can someone share any broucher or video? Please guide if this car is good? and better than 1.6 (non CVT) and better than grande 2016 With sunroof?
I am buying this for 4.3 Mil it has no touching or paint. 70k Milage single owner.

this is 1.8 altis non grande aka hardtop or non sunroof variant of corolla ..feature and power wise its better then 1.6 but resale wise its the slowest selling out of all the corolla variants reason for this is 99.8 percent opt for fully loaded top of the line grande then this variant which is imo a confused trim level as its almost a grande but is lower just by a margin so its either gli,altis 1.6 or grande for most buyers ..if you find this in good condition and the price makes sense go for it but i would straight up buy a grande then this middle variant. the grande 2016 will have more or less the same level of features obv this would look more attractive due to the added things in fl but resale wise again this would sell slower ...

This is a Altis 1.8 Cruistronic CVT. Has all Grande Features except Climate Control, Paddle Shifters, Sunroof, keyless remote and Company fitted leather interior.

In used market for a 4 to 5 years old vehicle, this option is preferable in case one doesnt have a budget for grande as this variant is reasonably priced. However, Rs.4.3 mil for a 2018 model in Islamabad Rawalpindi market is relatively cheap and cheap enough to raise eyebrows to consider its detailed inspection from serious expert. Non facelifted 2017 and 2016 grande are going for Rs.4.2 to Rs.4.5 million.

1.8 cruisetronic cvt is indeed a lot better than 1.6 non cvt and better then a grande 2016 as well since it has LED head lights and would probably have lower mileage than a 2016 grande.

Resale for a 6 to 8 years old car accounts for conditions mostly, variant is often not a bottleneck.

There are some confusing versions between 1.6 Altis and Grande and this is one of them, below Grande but above 1.6 Altis. By looking at the place, I assume this is Islamabad/RWP and this is a Karachi registered car so makes sense if owner is demanding below market price as this version also has SLOWER resale. If it makes sense to you and the car is in the condition as described by the owner, then sure go for it.
