Before putting any coolant first you have to make sure why your car is heating up with AC?
Possibilities can be
Radiator is blocked or badly rusted (because unless here we don’t service the radiator unless some problem appears).
The compressor is getting more power from Engine and hence engine feeling over burden. It usually happens when compressor is weak and then it start taking more power from Engine to compress the gas. Have your compressor checked properly.
Change all the old pipes (if possible). Specially the heater pipes.
Check the condition of AC belt. Sometimes it looks fine, but when we pull it out then we see how its in bad condition.
Don’t put any coolant directly without ensuring all water circulation system.

I have taken off my ac compressor belt in cultus..i dont plan to use ac in near future...as my compressor's bearing is bad and needs replacement which is an expensive thing right now for me...so, now the compressor doesnt rotate when car is ON...this has reduced ajeeb sounds alot...will it also help in squeezing out some more KMs as engine will be a bit less stressed?
