guys i have learniong lisence right now or ab mai asali wala banwana chata ho qk mera learning lisence epire honay wala hai next month kia koa bata sakta hai kitnay pase day kr ban jaeyga maximum karachi ki bat karha plz agar kisi ko paata ho tu bata day aj kal k rate

tickets will cost u around 900rs,20rs for the file with form to complete the details,20rs for the car u will take the test on.

I got my license last week from islamabad and the total fee(learning+test) is 190+490=680. nothing more. if someone demands extra then that will go in his pockets.

bro total actual fees for license with 5years expiry is almost 1800-2000, and addition is what ever they can ask or u can use ur contacts to remain in actual fees. i got mine in last 10 days

i also got the validation till 2015. why there is so much difference in islamabad and karachi licenses? i got mine from islamabad for just 680rs last week.

bhai karachi main seedhay tareekay say lisence banwao *** to lambi khuari hogi..
log sign nahi kartay nakhray kartay hain test main faltu main fail kardaingay boht hi lambhi khuari hoti hai..

when i first went to get my lisence i had no idea kitnay ka banta hai.. reception pay traffic police wala said 3000... i said ok.. then i had photo taken 150rs then had to renew learning lisence 300rs. then blood test 100 rs. then printed card kay kuch paisay aur thay yaad nahi...

the traffic police wala went and got all the signs and relevent material.. then test main written test was solved by the examiner himself and he passed me.. asked a few road symbols which i knew.. i did not have car that time so the police wala said khair hai

got the 3 year lisence next day...

later found out that the actuall fee for lisence was 980rs for 3 year..

but considering the time that i saved i guess better to give money once than to give test again and again and do all the khuari all over again..

I dont hope so,every driver in karachi getting license this way.
Illegal is illegal that might cause accidents later on when everyone though capable or not would get license through bribe.

sahe keh rahay ho yar app yehe hota hai pass nahi akrty pasay diye bagair isliye poch rah t ho k kitny pase lagty hain or mai 8 years 2 numebr lisence par car chala rah ho jis ki kahe par entry nahi hai magar koe 2 number q k bana wahe se hai ab zara paka wala ban wana charah h o qk insurance karwaty waqt prob hoti hai car ki wo bolty hai ap nay tx nahi pay kia wah tax tab pay hoga jab lisence original ho isliye ab sch rah ho ban layta hoo mainay apna learning ka nazimabad se he ban waha tha or police wala khud mere pas akar bola 500 day do tumharta kam hojayega or mera kam 5 mins mai hogiya tha ab mai charah h o baki ka kam b asahe hojaye magar sahe pasoo mai isliye pcoh rah ho k kitany tak ka karach ayega test wagarah tu hoga nahi ye tu pata hai mujay

What i think you should not show of k aap nai 3500 may illegal license banwaya, agar banwa liya hai tou at least dont promote it here.

lahore se banwaya tha.disst sheikhupura tha phir bhi bun gaya.1400 mein with in 30min.us waqt gari bhi chulani nahi aaty thi.

I paid 1500 (5 year licence fee) 250 (stamps) harldly 50 (forms etc) around 150 for learing licence being shifted from clifton branch to Korangi branch.

I paid 2500 (bribing included) i couldnt stand in lines i have university in the licence office timings and u noe how things work here.

Legaly it can be done in hardly Rs1850, and lesser if u intend to go for a 3 yr expiry.

PS: A agent was involved but he reffered me to a Police man in korangi branch he did every thing he tuk the money, he paid for all the forms/stamps every thing. He also filled the forms for me,

A driving test (jst sit in the car reverse was taken)

An Eye test (was taken)

An oral test (was taken)

I don't know about other cities but let me mention the procedure about Lahore.

I got my learner's license. Time taken was 15-20 mins.
Then I waited for 6 weeks of learning period to pass. Then I again went to kachehri and got my medical file in around 45 mins ( i did not use any contacts or bribe ).
Next day I went to Qaddafi stadium early morning ( the tests used to held there but now on Thokar Niaz Baig ) got my number, waited 2 hours, then gave the oral test in which few road signs were asked & finally the driving test ( which actually is a joke in name of test ) and people even failed in that. If someone can't pass those two simplest of tests I guess he/she doesn't deserve to be on driving seat. Fee was something around 900.

It is khawari but not that much as people say. Actually we are born NAWABS. Waiting 1-2 hours is against our HONOR. Rather we'll pay some amount and show that we are real NAWABS. On top of that we'll yell if someone will pay more than us and get his work done before us
