Help me choose Prius or Reborn 1300CC

So I have budget of around 2.1-2.2 mil max and I want to get a decent car with good average. I live in suburban area where roads are sometimes uneven. I know that prius 2nd gen has superior fuel average and hybrid system compared to Reborn Hybrid. But I find it hard to get 2nd gen Prius in my budget. Reborn 1300 may occasionally fly by. Initially I had few other cars as well in my list such as Mitsubishi Mirage 2014, Honda Fit 2014, Mira ES 2014 but I somehow feel attracted towards Prius OR 1300 CC Reborn.
So the big questions,
1. How can I get better ground clearance in Reborn Hybrid? and cost?
2. What's the running and maintenance cost of Reborn vs Prius?
3. I do not have issue with low power or 1300 engine as I still use xli with 1.2L power, is Reborn Hybrid a good family car?

Out of these two Prius is a better option.

But battery and ABS issues are common and very expensive to fix.

Reborn hybrid is too old now, even 10 year ago many reborn hybrids i came across had batteries gone so those were actually using equal or more fuel than 1.3 non hybrid vehicles, I don't think you'll find a reborn hybrid with original working batteries nowadays, even if u find any with working hybrid system it'd be with a butchered battery with replaced cells so it'll spend more time with a bad average or at mechanic's.

In ur budget u can either go with a hatch back or a honda city if u can find a good one somehow

I wud say honda fit is the best option, but parts availablibity might be an issue

Both cars are old and require frequent visits to the workshops
