I would like to know which one is these days good/best car insurance company, In terms of customer service, and damage claim, as well as their service charges?

I recommend to go for "EFU". I have Insured both of my cars through EFU.

EFU .... this is best in terms of insurance claim
Adamjee ... second best
Alfalah insurance .. my friend car insured from this company and claim insurance twice ... and never face any hurdle..

Just be careful about ATLAS INSURANCE. They are worst in settling claim. Most of workshops prefer to do the job work on cash payment when they see ATLAS in involved.

Whatever you choose, do NOT go for EFU Site branch. Please, werna you will regret later. Plus ask the insurance guys in advance that you will repair your cars under insurance claims from your own mechanic, ad not give that to the workshops on panel.
By the way Adamjee and EFU both are swift in claiming processing. I have my car insured from EFU site, but they insist to go to their panel workshops which is not feasible for me, as I trust in my own mechanic for my car needs.

I got 7 cars insured from Adamjee so far no problems get claims 4-5 times without any hurdles.

By the way, with EFU, last year I have got 2 claims successfully worth of 8K + 13K (none of the claim included any serious dent or accident case). Its only one thing there that bother me, that they do not allow swift payment to claims done besides any of their panel workshops. And so they take 3 months to give you a refund. And if you go to their approved workshops, they give you claim amount instantly. Problem with their approved workshops is that they do not work on your car on a priority basis and take weeks for insurance related work.

i would suggest not to go for any insurance company.
get a tracker instead.

True insurance is certainly with ALLAH, my brother you are right. But ALLAH also asked ke pehly khud khush kurooo phir mughe pe tawakul kuroo.

Anyway it seems EFU will restrict me for going to their own dedicated workshops, which is obviously will be hurdle for me. Do Adamjee also have such restriction?
