Thanks Bro. I just shared my personal Experience and information whatever I have in this regard.
Now come to your Questions:

1. Actually it is not the brand (Denso/Sanden/Success/Uni) which will create or not create Load on engine.
   It is the Compressor Technology & Type which will have impact on Load on engine

2. This is reality when I was puzzled between Sanden(Piston based) versus Denso (Rotory compressor), same point was pinging me,Most of Ac Technicians told like this that it might have more load but when i discussed with honest ones, they told me that Most of Ac guys tries to distract u by saying this because they dont wanna do complex work. They r happy with Ir-Repairable part so that they can earn more money during changing & earn good Commission.
   So he told me that it will put little extra load but it will feely u if car is 660 Cc or 800 Cc (Honestly speaking on Corolla 1.3 Engine & +) it will not feel u. Only little difference in little increased compressor noise(That only feels when u open Bonnet hood in Engine Bay) otherwise u will not feel any noise difference.

3.I have not felt any effect on Fuel consumption/average. It remains same.

Guys After alteration still the result is same very low cooling , than he installed used Sensor wala Ac . But stil result is not satisfactory . Below average in fact . Now he is saying go for brand new original compressor . I think he could not find the fault why AC's cooling is very low . @SER_GTR @brownrose78 is it possible that no compressor is working or would work other than brand new original sensors equiped compressor . He told me that that will cost me of 70 thousand .
Altered one's cost 18-20. ( including coolant )
Used sensor equiped will cost 30 K .

What is your response over this please don't laugh at my ignorance pertaining to Cars . I am stuck in this now .

How about going to Toyota Dealership to get system checked.Might cost more but you wont have to run here and there.Initially just ask them to check the system only.
If system doesn't have leaks,and gas is properly filled and Cooling fans are turning ON with AC then maybe your Compressor needs replacement.
What do you mean by Sensor wala AC.What does it do?

And I think compressor shouldn't fail this early.Was the car in an accident? And are you the first owner?

Brother before taking it to mechanic do some google searcing to help yourself diagnose the problem and get an idea of how the system works.When car is just start (idling) look at the place below compressor belt it shouldnt be moving but when you turn on AC it will start moving so this way you know your compressor is engaging and disengaging.And the sound of click when AC turns ON is also of the compressor.

Failed compressor at 64,000 km, unbelieveable. My Civic 260,000 on odo working perfectaly with original compressor.

Plz come to Lahore and get it checked from some good AC technician here, your technician/ mechanic are ripping you off.

finally the issue has come to surface . There is carbon in Ac unit . They asked me to replace whole unit which will cost 80K . That is too much . @z.u.m.a No bro I am not first owner after 10 days Punjab auto in Lahore they told me this is the basic issue nd told compressor change won't help . He told temperature gauge remain steady inside cabin temperature on Turning Ac on with full capacity that must fluctuate @farrukhzeeshan

he told me that the last owner , did not service the ac unit in last 4 years that's why carbon has stuck in unit . and told that these 2009 to onward models of corolla have very fragile ac system it needs to be serviced periodically ....

You Need to complete take whole ac unit out.....flush all lines and equipment with acetone taking special precaution(its very toxic)

install everything back and leak test...if its Ok.....replace filter dryer and vacuum system thoroughly for atleast 30-35mins

..later charge gas as per weight .......

if compressor is OK all you need is cleaning whole system and installing back.....that black carbon is also due to failed compressor resulting in carbon across system.....

compressors never fail like this usually unless they run low on oil or bad refrigerant is charged or some ustaadi is done which cause it....

Also Use Recommended Oil As Per Compressor Requirement In system ...

person saying corolla had fragile system need to be taken to task ....its all about how work is being done and whats being done...

A/C unit is closed system....nothing gets under unless someone introduce like charging or leak happen.....its not like with time....carbon buildup inside like engine.....total useless logic...they say it so they can do all their ustaadi and you become their regular visitor.....

It was 100% expected as per my expectations and your story is 200% similar to mine & my experience. Yes, this is the most common A/C Compressor issue(Carbon Leakage in Rotory compressors) in Corolla from 2003 on wards.

u r talking of 64,000 Km, I have seen Denso Compressor issues in 2016 models with odo just clocked < 20K(Yes i also witnessed Accord 1981 with Original compressor) in my Mohalla. Honda users usually prefer to have Sanden brand.

Corollas have this disease of Weak or incompatible compressors:
Same crap Denso Compressors(Rotory based) & same that Original compressor (Rotory based) leaks Carbon which circulate in all system and finally get all A/C lines,system,inner coils ruined within 5 minutes

But Price u r telling is quite shocking for me. As i have done some times ago but one another guy my former Sales Manager also experienced Piston based Compressor in his 2010 GLi on my advice. Only Difference is that I suggest him SANDEN 507 but he opted for Chinese imported LIANDEN Brand.
Initially I was not agreed for changing/using any Non-Sanden brand and refused to supervise or help him in this project decision but on his insist, after checking performance & do some homework, i found it quite Reasonable and told him to swap complete A/C unit

I could supervise him & a/c wala only over phone but it went OK

Anyways, He did with LIANDEN and told me that got all work done in Rs. 25,000 (Shop was asking 28 K but i firmly told him to pay only 25K maximum) Works include like New A/C Compressor, Installing Front Condenser (Koolmate brand), Related Pipes(All pipes changed), Flushing whole system, new metal bracket(seat for Compressor), Internal Coil, Refilling Gas, A/C & Dynmo Belt (Belt Size changes from #1260 to #1270) and associated Servicing Labour cost

After replacement, he took car to me & i experienced my self, All is same & cooling is just like SANDEN too. He drives mostly on CNG so After test drive on his Car, I only suggest him to go for Tuning and get RPM adjusted accordingly (Because as this is little heavy as compared to Terious Kid compressor so RPM gets little disturb when A/C is on with Full Head Lights ON ) in short it needs some adjustment. Also to avoid extra Load on Dynmo elec. system better to install some Relay for better performance.

He did all and yesterday told me it is superb.

It is better to visit Karachi for A/C works instead of spending 80 -90 K on just A/C there.
In Karachi, A/C work is more Good & lil. economical because of port(Sea shipment comes here) so Transportation charges can be saved, not too much difference but of course there will be some difference

AC compressors donot die so early. My Nissan had its own AC compressor till the day i sold it from 1998-2016. Then my corolla altis 1.6 2013 used till 60k has its own compressor no gas refil. Excellent cooling no issues with it as other guys are saying they have problems.

This All Effort Is Not Worth Changing The Whole UNIT Out On Such Low Mileage Car

After All You Are Replacing Genuine Part And Throwing Some Aftermarket Chinese Stuff is Also A big Risk...Can Take Unless Its Not Usable Anymore

On Car Under 20k..Toyota Is Responsible for All The Issues...I Haven't Heard Such Issues But rare,,,

b.t.w the new Denso's are not rotary but scroll tyre and screw type ones which are much lightter on engine as compared to old piston type or rotary

This is Bitter Ground Reality.
You can witness yourself by visiting any A/C wala & see or ask them,which car is coming more & u will see mostly Toyota new models (Every 2nd or 3rd Car will be Corolla there) & reason is common & obvious: Denso Compressors.

If compressor has already released Carbon then within 5 minutes, whole system gets ruined. So there is no other option other than to replace all unit otherwise new compressor will also die within 5 minutes if even few carbon particles get residue there.
How much you flush the system, some carbon always get stuck to internal parts.

Several times in my different project,i tried to save Internal Valve + Internal A/C coils but 99% these parts later on caused trouble again in near future so when u r spending 18-19K, there is no harm in spending some more 5K-6K and get Relaxed mind
