Help needed for margalla

Assalam o alikum all there
i have 95 margalla.engine is in go0d condition as it was built very less time ago.i have changed clutch plates and pressure plates and the pressure bearing to0.but when i start the car from stop it dosent takes aggressive starts.its like when there are six ppl sitting in qinqi and the poor rickshaw wants to pull them and dosent has sufficent power.plus when there are hills to climb the theres some bad smells which indicates that its from clutch.
question is k when engine is rebuilt, clutch plates and pressure plates are changed and that pressure bearing to0 why margalla does this t0 me? and what is the cure?

It could be anything from a simple adjustment to a faulty clutch plate or faulty installation, or you may need a new flywheel.

You should take it back to the worskhop that did the work as soon as you can.

did you got the new cluch plate or the used one?

i agree with wilie coyoty. i think that there is an adjustment problum. see for your self while engine off weather there is some initial play in the clutch padal during pressing and after wards it gets stiff and you feel the pressure if so eiher that clutch plate is worn or the fly wheel is poor. there may bechances of fualty pressure plate. it can happen to a new one some times.any ways if if u do not feel the play in clutch get it checked by sometrained technician.

I recommend that you visit a suzuki dealer, the best place is suzuki raiwind motors on raiwind road, lahore, the mechanic has a nick name of haji saab all people in the workshop know him. based on my experience this place might get a little expensive but you will get a vehicle as reliable as new when they are done. it seems to be the clutch plate but you should get a general check up to ensure that there is no other problem

anyways if it is not a used one then take it back to the mechanic who installed it and ask him to take a ride, he will understand where is the problm no need to go to Lahore. Do ask the mechanis about the flywheel if you can use the old one or that needs to be replaced.

Following are the possible causes for the problem as u mentioned,get it checked accordingly,

1. Check all the four wheels,any one of them could be jammed.
2. Check valve and ignition timming.
3. Check air fuel ratio for proper adjustment.
4. Check ignition coil,spark plugs,spark plugs cable and distributor cap.
5. Check tappet adjustment.
6. Clutch & pressure plate.

you mean that your engine is not revving briskly and bogs down at acceleration, I would check the engine properly first, timing belt alignment, distributor for jammed up bearing plate and flyweights - improper fuelling. With a slipping clutch your engine should have enough torque to completely destroy the clutch, if not get your engine looked at first
