Yes its safe, roads are good. Dont go on Eid holidays, it will be jam packed, huge road blocks due to traffic jams.
We are planning for the last week of June or the 1 week of july.are the roads good for traveling from naran to jheel said ul malook too.
Someone who is trying to or has conceived should not even think about going to Saif ul Malook. You can go to Naran and till babusar top,road is fully carpeted, but plz don't go to Saif ul Malook.

brother from naran you need to rent out the jeeps and road is safe , as ppl travlled till jheel in winter also
brother at my part , i did same trip with my wife as she is concieving but it is risky brother ,,, tooo much bumpppyyyyy road , so beeter no to go jheel saiful malook bhut u can visit others parts like jalkhad and lulusar lake
