Help needed for NSCP-W64 ERC Code

I own Toyota Prius car. On routine maintenance the mechanic removed battery cable and afterward the Japanese audio system stopped working.

Can any one help me to get ERC code for my NSCP-W64? 00e2aea800000000

Once I turn on my car it asks password authentication No OBTM157547JP

I am sharing the picture of screen which appears. Can anyone help me for sorting out this issue.
