Help needed in upgrading mehran ignition coil

I have replaced my mehran spark plugs with bosch 4 tip ones and plug wires with 9mm ones now i want to upgrade the ignition coil for better performance so can i put cultus coil in it will it increase the performance also give me ur suggestions

are these spark plugs better for fuel consumption? do they give better mileage?
