Help needed seriously santro 2004 executive,issues

Assalam o Alkeum all members.

i have a santro 2004 exec model, and i have it for around 11 months now, its just last month the problems get to start.

It was on cng .and i wanted to get rid of cng, I took out the cng

Now its completely on petrol , I changed engine water jackets, got it tuned on scanner the injectors was not working properly and consumpting more fuel i chnaged them,
The Throttle pressure sensor was some what loose or trouble giving i tuned it up as well .
New santro orignal radiator , new japnese radiator cap, coolant, new battery

But its just still getting hot ,without ac.
Just now it happend the temperature rises even further then the second mid point, and i didnt switched off the ignition was in a way with family, the needle it self came down, then a km after it rises gaibn and come down

when i reached the place, i open the lid the coolant boils up, the fan is direct even and its working fyne...

where the hell is the problem i need serious help...plz experts

might be the waterbody!..

remove the thermostat valve if it exist
start the car in ur garage for about 30 minute with open radiator cap and check if the bubbles appear in the radiator if u see bubbles than u need to change the head gaskit

If the problem is without AC then it might be the classic 'fan not working when it should be'. It is an old santro manufacturing fault. when your car starts to overheat see if the radiator fan is working or not. If not a temporary solution is to turn on the AC as fan is direct with AC and the temperature will come down. Otherwise it could also be the gasket so start your car and remove the radiator cap(make sure car is not too hot or you could get seriously injured) and then give some race, if the water from the radiator jumps out of the radiator it means you need to change head gasket.
