start by sharing vehicle pictures and current set-up. Later, step wise as:

1. engine sourced and stored next to vehicle
2. engine bay cleared from old setup
3. engine bay cleaning
4. sourced engine cleaning and wiring test
5. placement of engine in engine bay
6. connecting hoses and wiriing inside engine bay
7. final start up

You're right the turbo variants are way past 7-8lac mark and swap will take it to 11-12lacs at least

1jz and 2jz na are easily available for 350-400k with transmission. But turbo variants are very expensive
