Help needed tyres

Hi All,
I recently changed tires of mince City 2018 with General Euro star (175/65/15). but i have observed that one of front tire is making noise like taph taph spacially on high speed > 60 km/h. Please suggest what should be done to overcome this issue.

Maybe tyre is hitting the plastic shield

Did you install the tyres from authorized dealer having allingment machines???

Installed from Saif Traders, Lahore. they only performed balancing.
