Help regarding investment in Isb/Rwp

Aoa. As the title suggests I am looking forward for some investment help in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. I have to make two separate investments one worth 30-35lakh for 3 to 5yr and one worth 10-12lakh for arround 5 to 7yr. I was looking for some updated DHA city or valley or any sector of BAHRIA TOWN plots prices on internet but failed to find any reliable and exact price. Looking for some serious help and hoping for a good response JazakAllah

By having 2 seprate investments in low profile area wont reap you huge return
