Help Regarding Mehran

Salam PakWheels ..

Well Yaro I need you help regarding my mehran, Lets start it

I am used to drive charade and khaber well now got mehran i am not feeling comfortable with it, speedo meter needle never cross 90 even on full accelerator my mehran model is 2002.

2ndly i need to replace its stock locks i need some suggestion regarding it as well, stock lock has been broken by using Screw driver by any idiot :@ Khuda k banday nay Lock bhi tora or Deck bhi nahi nikala lol .. Deck kehna hi toheen hay jo laga hoa hay any way chor k chala gaya haha

khair 3rdly want to do some changes in speedo meter dont like the stock on Some Lighting in the car as the stock is not working ..

and the most important thing i want to remove black Patti from the wind screen as due to my height my jhuk k daikhna parta hay ..from where i can get rid of it ?

foot Paddles are also need to be changed well actually i want a shop from where i can get these stuff no real idea as i am not very much in cars.

bro i got the same model and first my car's first imperessions were same as urs about 4 yrs back
1 get cng kit servised get ur car tunned oil change filter change get plugs clean or replace them with new ones i hd to do same and my car wans't crossing 90kph when we bought it and after that it was doing 100 in 3rd gear
2 go to some locks wala and repair original locks b/c new ones cost about 1200 set if ur not satisfied get new ones if
u have budget for it
3 and if u want a good sound system get a 2nd hand sony cdx 1900 or which has 50X4 sony single CD player and get speakers 1000 ka pair hai best for mehran and ppl who doesn't want too much sound.
4 black putti is easy go to some car decoration plaza and ask those ppl who install stickers etc to get rid of it its easy
5 and padels well it there not bad just get coverings for them!

hmm thanks for the suggesstion i will do the same for the performance any rough idea about CNG kit Servising ? and it can be done my a machanic ? or from any perticuler CNG installation shop?

well for the sound hmmm i have craze about it but i can't take risk to plant an expensive system in mehran, it will be a piece of cake for the lifters as i lost my apline whole system took out from my khaber..

can you tell me about nova locks ? i have seen them installed in many cars, how much they cost me ? or a alternate is that i will repair the stock lock and purchase a handle lock..

bro cng kit servising is done at pumps i don't knw about karachi who is th best for this job but it will cost u about 400 max and ask mechinc who is best for cNG my advise is go to any good CNg istallation shop and ask them that they can servis it or not
2 i dont have any idea bout nova locks i thnik it would be about 1500 -2000 rs.
and sound system well ium also a found addict and system i suggested u is just chaep
sony 50X4 single cd player 1500 rs maximum
and get a reealy for it about 200 rs a
and speakers about 1000 rs kenwood made
board 400 max
and mazdori about 300 instalaition chrges
and get Fm modualtor for 500rs i have almst same setup but i have 4 speakers

i cant help you on the 2nd and 3rd problem.
But i can tell you that 90 km/hr is enough for a 7 year old mehran.I have a 2003 model mehran and i barely touch 100km/hr on cng. So problem number 1 isn't actually a problem.
However you can improve top speed etc by regular tuning and using a clean airfilter

nah yar digital meter nahi chahiye 90 ko digital pe dekh k kia karon ga .. but zara look thora sa change ho jaye ..
