Help regarding toyota aqua 2016 AC

Salam alikum guys... My Toyota aqua 2016 was fine when today when i went out for office, i noticed the AC despite being on was throwing hot air... The temperature was set on 25 while outside it was 27... Then i noticed the AC would work fine while the car is in EV mode, as soon as it converts back to ECO mode, the AC changes into heater... Again it coverts to AC when car goes in EV mode... Help n suggestion required.... N yes my driver washed it in the morning with normal pipe hose... Till yesterday night it was working perfectly...

Did he washed the engine bay?

No i don't think so... Cz keys were inside... But is there a possibility that water might've trickled down? I know it's rare but still... Cz both AC n heater r working fine with AC button on.... Issue is with the ECO mode only

Because driver washed the car so the sensor temp dropped at 27. At 25c there is possibly the car was using AC and heater parallel. Try switching temp to Lo or to 20c atleast and then report

Well temp was near like it was 27 n climate control was set to 25... I even tried to turn it to Lo.... But no effect
As soon as the EV mode turns off, AC turns into heater 🥵
