HELP regarding Transfering Ownership of Car in Karachi

Hi,
I have a car registered in 2007 in my name. I had to change my car's engine in 2014 and then I got the new engine number registered in the Vehicle registration Book(Blue). They just printed it on another page.

Now, I am selling my car. The civic center authorities are telling me that in order to TRANSFER the ownership of my car, I need to get a new vehicle book issued, the one with a hole for rupees 10k.
Now, when I will be issued a new Vehicle book, would the previous old engine number be printed on that New book or only the LATER, NEW engine number?

please check your recent tax payment receipt. It mentions the engine & chassis number. If the current tax payment receipt have the NEW (the one you changed) engine number the new Book will be issued with that. If it is otherwise ensure that new book have the current engine number endorsed. 10K is high price anything between 6 to 8000 is OK for which you get official receipts for approx 4500 only.

is it the token tax for vitz car?

Can anyone tell how many & which documents are required for Transfership of Owner?
I saw these 4 Pages/Forms.
Are they enough or should i see for more papers?

these are enough however transfer letter is printed over an stamp paper these days, You need CNIC copy, transfer letter signed by the current owner as on registration book and your own CNIC copy
