Kindly give suggestion for used car around 2 million-ish. Currently in my mind is any hybrid option like 2012/2013 aqua and fit hybrid or a corolla 1.6 or 1.8 cruisetronic in the 22-23 range

I'd say go for a aqua but before buying check the battery life.

What about used leased cars on sale at PakWheels? I don't understand how that sale transaction works. The price mentioned is what we pay to the seller? And the installments mentioned in ads, we continue with those installments?

Basically that is the case but there is the matter of upfront payable cash amount.

Personally i dont feel comfortable to buy an already leased vehicle.

The seller of a leased car shall try to recover the amount he has paid to the bank (down payment plus installments) and some premium according to the market value. The total asking price is always negotiable.

The down side of a leased vehicle put up for sale is its condition. In many cases these are abused cars or driven with Rent-A-Car companies.

Downside is that years down the line, when the car is paid off, you will need noc from bank to transfer it to your name. Bank wont issue noc to you. So you will have to find the owner, tell him to go to bank and get you the noc. Then car will be transferred to his name. Then to yours. If you cant find the guy, you will be in a mess.

Get a corolla because parts will be readily available and in new condition.For jdm cars scrapyards is only source of spare parts.

No. It doesn't work like this.

When you buy an already leased car the previous owner has to approach the concerned bank for its lease transfer. Once lease transfer is done you shall have to pay the remaining installments. At the end of lease period bank issues you NOC for transferring it to your name.
