Help Required Cultus 2011 AC tripped whicle car runs slowly :(

Dear Friends,
I am normally facing with my car AC which is trip again and again when car runs slowly almost when at 20 - 40 KMPL and cooling almost get off when standing at signals or at heavy traffic jam only fan through air but not feel cooling.

My car also goes under power in 2nd gear when AC is turned on. Its feel car engine not supports accelerator.

Please help me suggest what could be an issue as i have already service AC thrice but not getting satisfactory result.

its more related to engine in my opinion especially the under power in 2nd gear. check if any valve is jammed and get compression test done on engine

I had the face issue.

Turns out these were two seperate issues.

Ac turning off on idle or low speed:

Start the car when cold and turn on the ac and check if the ac fan turns on. If it doesn't than you need to get the ac fan motor replaced (denso is 3500 rs) and you issue will be solved as currently your ac only turns on when the pressure of the wind helps the weak motor to turn on the fan.

Low acceleration:
Give it for tuning (not just computerized) and get the tappet adjusted etc.

My problem got solved. Unless your problem different which seem unlikely, this is the solution.

By ac fan motor I meant ac radiator fan motor.

I have visited mechanic and he told me that gas is not the original that's why engine is getting heavy load at the time of pickup specially in second gear.

The problem is fan / blower continuously throwing air in the cabin but it's hot air or normal air like only fan is running condenser get trip and i have to give rest to ac for 10 to 15 min and after that it's get back to working.

If the ac radiator fan is fine and it's still tripping than simply give it to suzuki 3s and get a check up. They will tell you the problem regarding pick as aswell. Don't go to road side mechanics

dear zohaib, your mechanic is right. i guess your cultus is 5 years old and is 2011 model and AC has never been serviced before. the AC needs service and Compressor oil will be filled again. get full AC service done.

this mostly happens due to moisture build up between gas which is filled in your car cooling system. 5 year is a long time and after 5 year more or less AC system does ask for service.

i had the same problem with my car and car was getting heavy on AC. mine is 2011 alto only 50k driven in pristine condition. but over the time period the AC ask for full service and Compressor OIL quantity is very important and whoever services your as also tops up oil of compressor aswell and clean the AC System lines with pressure and inject fresh gas in the cooling system.

Thanks for your time and information which is useful. Can you also suggest me some good a/c wala so i can get car ac serviced as i heard rumors that some electrician filled china wali gas which cause problems time by time.

Isn't Cultus equipped with two separate fans?
One for radiator and other for condenser?
Usually in such setups, radiator fan is automatic and condenser fan switches ON/OFF with A/C.

Yup, Cultus is equipped with 2 Fan's one for Condenser and other for Radiator.

Looks like OP has problems with high head pressure leading to low cooling and extra load on engine.
It might be due to clogged condenser fins or slow condenser Fan.

Yup, Cultus is equipped with 2 Fan's one for Condenser and other for Radiator.

i can guide you, if your coming from drive in towards gulshan than right after the nipa flyover, the first left turn and the second last shop on your left.
