Distributor O ring. and Suzuki dealership cost is 800/- or more which is much expense so market Mechanic cost you 300/- not more. or its not a rocket science goto trusted mechanic

Bhai my trusted mechanic already changed this o ring 3 times and we have tried pasting with silicone as well as Elfy option but all in vain.
All times, I personally went with mechanic to buy parts myself.
These rings either comes in #16 or #18 which r undersized and oversized respectively no 17# comes

Brother in that case, to go any other Suzuki because the one you went to seem cheap asses not stocking less frequent parts. In case even other one don't have it than ask them to get them for you and make advance payment, they will get them for you or at least they SHOULD.

Some also suggested to replace with Hex flange

I already told you. Its not O ring issue at all. You have to change those original bolts with little longer hex flange bolts along with that "TIKKI" on which distributor is mounted. There is a hollow cavity full of oil behind the distributor lower side bolt, you can see it only when you will deattach that "TIKKI" from cylender head. Oil leaks from lower side bolt not from distributor O ring.
You have two options. First change that "TIKKI" with a kabli one which has perfect threads to make proper seal with hex flange bolt.
Second option is use magic depoxy to close the end of that mounting bolt's hole from inside that cavity. And use a smaller hex flange bolt which will not go across the hole. I hope you understand what I am trying to tell you.

Oil leaking inside the distributor from around the bearing like thing behind the cam sensor. No leakage around the only o ring I can see when I remove the whole distributor assembly from the head. Is there a second o ring on the rotor? How do I access that?

Same problem I’m facing right now, change those O ring 3-4 times still leak issues,last time mechanic also added silicone with it but still it leaks don’t know what to do now

Bro go to any good mechanic and he will put silicon along with seal then It will be perfect.
Its a very minor work.

Mechanic is unable to trace exact rite point for silicon that is why its still leaking.

Tikki is an aluminum made part on which distributor is monted. Distributor's adjustment bolts are also mounted on it.

Where is the 2nd O ring ?
One is apparent, on connection with camshaft. Is the other inside distributor?

I'm facing same issue of the lower side bolt leaking, could you please explain where to add the depoxy? like after removing the "TIKKI" we need to add the depoxy to the lower of the two bolt holes for the distributor on the "TIKKI"? Can we use sealing tape on the lower side bolt before fitting back to improve the thread seal?

There is hollow portion in TIKKI behind lower bolt. Just close the bolt hole from that side with depoxy. Keep other end of hole open for bolt attachment on it.

So for this we will need to remove the TIKKI as it is on the side attached to the engine? Also can we put a small flange bolt in there to seal the hole ? The Tikki also has a large O-ring, will any aftermarket O-ring of that size work or will I need to get one from sizuki dealers?

Dont buy o rings from stealership.lol
They are available innopen market. Use depoxy. It will seal one end properly.

This was the solution to the problem. I've change the o rings just to be sure but the main oil leak was from the lower distributor bolt hole. I added depoxy to the inner side of the tikki and then put some silcon around the mating surface of the tiki before fitting back. It hasn't leaked a drop of oil so far and I've even made a trip to lahore at high speeds.
