Help required for planning trip to Shogran/Naran in mid Sep 2017

Dear Pakwheelers and Gurus need your advise to plan the trip to Shogran and Naran in mid september.
My main concerns are

1. Road condition currently for a low ground clearance car
2. Car can go till Shogran if I am not wrong. Right???
3. Also advise good and reasonable hotels in Shogran and Naran plus places to visit in nearby of Shogran and Naran
4. Possible fares of jeep for Siri, Paye, Saif-ul-malook and other places nearby if I m missing out any
5. How would be the weather in mid September
6. Any reference numbers of hotels and jeep drivers
7. Lastly if anyone can make a plan for me that would be great as I've to cover all these places in 4 days.

I will be travelling from lahore so please help me make the plan flawless.

Dear Awais,

1. Car can easily go till Shogran
2. I stayed in Arcadian on 24th August, its heaven, So i would recommend it, their rates will also be reasonable in september. Check website
3. For Siri paye, call 0346-9644231 Shabbir, very professional driver with clean Jeep
4. Dnt Pay more than 1800 for saif ul mulook ride
5. Snow has started on top mountains, it will be cold but not unbearable cold
6. Yes, four days are more than enough
