Can not sell it, its the only thing with which I pass most of my time during this unemployment. Most of the time I am on pakwheels searching different things about my car. Which things are good for my car, which are not etc. What will I do after that?

All jokes apart brother but ur condition is clueless, i say go with the flow. Until u find a job, keep lending ur car to ur phupha

How can this be possible. One should always stand up for his rights.
And secondly how can I control my mind? I can not sleep while he is enjoying and abusing my car.

Politly telling him to keep the car/ or return in the condition in which he takes it SHOULD not be problem and ethically u have the right.

I would just want to say onething, i know u might be in tough financial condition these days, but keep your heart a little bigger, God bless them more who knows how to give more. orr nahii yae kitabi baat nahii this does happen.

And IF phoupa is as bad as you say then u have the right and you SHOULD him to keep the car in same condition when he takes it out.

I have asked this thing to him a couple of times.
Once I told him that in winter morning do not just start the car and start driving. Keep the car started at least for a minute before driving, he said ok, ok. I was watching from my window, he started the car and it was not even started properly and he started driving it.
Then the next time, I asked him that you are taking this car but please bring it back in the same condition as it is now. He brought the car back with a torn back seat cover. I asked him WHAT IS IT?
He said that its not his fault. Its your phophos fault, she dragged the suit case, which tore the seat cover apart. But you can mend it from a cobbler. I was like WTF.

Its very difficult for you to handle, because of the sensitivity of this relationship. I tell you what you do ...... pray that he gets his own car, and i do that you get employed.

Some people never understand, regardless of how much you teach them.

But its your father's sister's home. Just let your parents know that you care so much about your car but you care more about your family and parents, and only that's why you would always be in debt no matter what. I hope your parents would take care of it then, and if they don't or can't, just try to put up with it. It might not be a very wishful advice, but you have to share a lot in life. Try to settle matter, and don't plan to settle the score.

And this should work given your jobless condition. Start asking for something he owns and pay him in his own coin. Or just ask him for some petrol money, etc claiming you don't have it given your situation.

This looks a good option to me, some times i have tried a bit similar as mentioned exubery and the results were very much satisfactory.
