Help required to remove / paint the scratch

I have a new cultus VXR 2018. Unfortunately my car got in contact with a rough surface and got a long scratch on both left doors. Kindly suggest a solution to get rid of the scratches / paint chip off. Should i get it done from suzuki motors? What can be the cost. Painting the surface will bring it to original condition?

Slide your finger across the scratch. If it does not go in the scratches, it means it can be removed easily but if it goes so that means you will have to get a touch up

Still if you feel your nails go inside the scratch. To avoid repaint job you can go to a good painter ask him to rub it with 2000 grit sand paper with water. Than with electric polisher compound and polish it. It will become much better visually. Do not try to fill it as it will look ugly. A picture will elaborate much better if you can share.

After that still if at some places it is more chipped off, you can apply touch up.
