Help required (trip )

I need help regarding a couple's tour to gilgit in may (InShaAllah)...
I have read many posts in forum about this topic but still I have few queries..
Our main goal is to visit hunza as we want to enjoy a peaceful holiday , prefereably no hectic travelling...
-Is it okay if we go by air from isb to gilgit and return by road..(will it help in keeping this trip in budget)..??
-we have never tarvelled to these places so we do not know anything about it except the names...
-so far we have planned to visit attabad lake, altit n baltit forts, hussaini bridge and sunset in eagle's nest... any suggestions?
-what should be the budget for two for this trip (if we plan it to be of 5-6 days including tarvel time?
-are 5-6 days enough for this trip?
-which is the best hotel with reasonable charges?
-what should we keep in mind while travelling by local transport in those areas? is it okay to hire a private car or local transport is a better opton to visit above mentioned places?

Better hire a car from Islamabad for gilgit as there are frequent flight cancellations due to weather. Further more seat booking is a AZAAB. The cars take Rs.12-16 K depending upon the season. You may book the whole car or you may book seats. Front seat rate Rs 4,500/- back seat 4,000/-. Public transport is easily available from Pirwadhai bus stand in pindi or From NATCO bus service situated alongside METRO Islamabad. Will take around Rs.3000/- per head.
You can easily do the places mentioned in 4 days (2 days excluded for travelling, might be 3)
better hire private car it would be easy.
