200,000 Rs is the ultimate budget, it can be done neatly in a little less. Most of the parts/modifications that you listed out would be done by the fabricator.
50-60,000 for the complete swap (includes mounts, gearbox crossmember, prop shaft adjustment, engine fitting, fuel tank modifications, custom extrators, strut bar, diff fitting and adjustment)
20,000 for the T50
55-60,000 for the motor with ecu and wiring
Things that you will have to buy separately are:
Complete cooling system (complete with radiator, fan, hoses)
Cluth pedal and Clutch master/slave cylinder
