Do not change engine. those engines you see in the junk yards are tricks of glamour. they have broken parts you don't see, you get caught on word of mouth and lots of sweet talk. , nobody will pay you for the time you loose thinking you car will be good. it takes too much understanding of each , every part. no books on swap in Pk, you consult guys outside Pk, they have no dust, they have new parts, you don't. You wont be racing on any circuit track here in Pakistan. You loose lots of time you could have spend thinking about what to do with your life. you pick up crap language from mechanics if you spend too much time with them. result is nothing. there is no Arizona here in PAkistan, its all sweet talk, they want to sell you junk, because they have to make money to eat

When we talk about quick help in regards to our rides he is the Zubaida Appa & when we talk about PW over here he is treated as Mukhtara Mai (Mayri bari mayri bari) so a bit of aunty is in there :-)...please don't mind Xulfiqar Bhai

20v needs a lot of attention to run like a 20v.. rest the choice is yours if you want to go for 20v ride, you should know before there will be "khawary". if you can source manpower to stand next to car and learn swap to help later in maintenance, make sure each every bolt gets fixed. no shortcuts. then your good otherwise you have to go back and redo your work. In Pakistan too many un knowns happen

prices of k series engines have shooted up in pindi as well. i asked for 4k and 5k prices( complete engine+ 5 speed gear) last year, prices were between 60k to 75k. i have good experience with 5k in ke35 coupe, feels torqueY, neither too slow nor fast.
those kabadias will adjust your diesel engine as a scrap, max 10-15k, rest u can do the maths if u wanna use cng or not.

I have already drooped the idea of 4A-GE 16v or 20v & now will go with K series or T series.

about 2 months back or may be more i was in Shoba (Peshawar) & i asked for 4k & 5K engine prices & they coated me 45k to 55k for engine with 5spd gear & 6k additional for fitting.

They Already Have Point Type Distruibutor Which You Can COnvert To CDI Type Distribitor.......!!

This Is EFi Setup.......WHere as 4K Is Not Efi....Its Just A Basic Carb Setup......

For Swaps.....If You Know What You Are Doing .....And Depend Less On Mechanics....You Are A Successful Driver And Owner.....!

If You Rely On Mechanics And Electricians Totally...The ALLAH Help You....!! You Can't Survive Much And Should Have Deep Pockets...!

I Have Been Running The Same 20v Swap For Like 6 Years Almost And I Don't Rely On Mechanics......I Have Seen Swaps Going To Drain Because Of Improper Swap And Crappy Electricals....

i would suggest you get rid of that car you've got there..seems quite dangerous to me...and would suggest to buy one with 4k or 5k...with k50 gearbox...overhaul the engine...u can still source out original japenese new engine parts in Pakistan..

First of all i m extremely sorry for this late late reply due to very busy schedule i was not able to update my gurus ...

So the updates are.....

New 4k motor installed with original transmission

New interior dashboard

New wiring

New front quad light setup

ALLAHUMDULLIAH the car is in running condition

Now whats left...
AC installation
New rim tyres
Poshish
And new paint job
